I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our contact form or at: (866) 518-3053 Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm PST. We generally process orders within 24 hours. All orders that have been canceled before being processed/shipped will be refunded to your credit card. We are not able to cancel an order after it has already been processed/shipped.

If you are unable to reach us immediately, you may also submit a request to cancel your order by viewing your order under my account and clicking "send cancel request." Once your order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, submitting a cancel request does not guarantee cancellation. 

Please be aware we have limited to no capacity to modify or cancel orders by request during the holiday season or high volume sales days. Thank you for understanding!
