What is your return policy?

Items purchased from teeki.com may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. For all the information you need to make a return, click (here).

sale items: Items from the 'sale' section of the website are eligible for returns. Returns will reflect the product price at time of purchase and follow the same policy as a standard return. PLEASE NOTE: select sales and site-wide sale items are FINAL SALE. Please reach out to support@teeki.com prior to purchase with any questions! We are here to help <3!

exchanges: We do not offer "exchanges". All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Domestic orders include a PREPAID mailing label (except orders with yoga mats).

yoga mat return policy: We will honor a 30-day return for store credit only. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you don't have the packing slip from the original order, please print and fill out and return the Merchandise Return Form and include it with your return shipment.


teekis purchased from other retailers:

While we have a generous return policy for purchases made through teeki.com's official web store, we are not able to accept returns for teekis not purchased directly through us for any reason. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from. They should be able to help you further.

Any item purchased at an official teeki event is FINAL SALE and non-refundable, non-returnable for any reason. We thank you for understanding this policy!
